Bachelorette parties

A pole class built around the bride or groom. We have four poles and everyone takes part. No experience needed, and you'll leave with a smile.

Just as good for bachelor parties, birthdays, a girls' night out or team building.

  • Set up snacks

Drop off fruit or snacks the day before, and they'll be ready when your party arrives.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Bookings are binding. You pay a non-refundable 500 kr deposit when you book, and the rest 14 days before the party. Cancel at least 30 days ahead to avoid paying in full.

Can you come to us instead?

Yes. The price depends on the distance between the studio and your venue.

One of us is pregnant. Can she join?

Yes. We stick to basic tricks, and she decides how involved she wants to be. If something feels uncomfortable she can stop and watch at any time.

What should we wear?

Comfortable clothes. We train barefoot, so no shoes. Shorts help but aren't required. Please don't use body lotion or oil on the day.

Can we drink alcohol?

We don't sell alcohol, but you may bring some. Excessive drinking isn't allowed, and we can ask a participant to leave or cancel the class if someone is drunk.

Who counts as a participant?

Everyone who comes through the door counts as part of the group, even if they only join in a little.
